Billa 2 what happens if the May Day is missed?

Billa 2 is gearing up for release. As per sources in the tinsel town, the shooting schedules of this film are almost complete and the director, Chakri Toleti, is busy with the post-production works. The target for Billa 2's release was April 14th and now it has been pushed to May 1st. According to the new rule imposed by the Tamil Film Producers' Council, all films made on a big budget with leading heroes in the tinsel town should be released only during the five festive days allotted for the purpose. Therefore, it is now certain that Billa 2 would hit the screens either on April 14th or May Day. If it is May Day, Ajith fans will be the happiest because it happens to be his birthday. On that other hand, if the producers miss the date, then Billa 2 would see the light of the day only on August 15th which is a few months away.

 

Ajith and Kamal join hands in Thalaivan Irukinran

This is going to be a mega news for both Kamal and Ajith fans. Yes Kamal before the release of Viswaroopam has started to plan for his forthcoming project. Thalaivar Irukinran is the film which was said to have started before Viswaroopam and it was delayed due to various reasons. But Producer Aascar Ravichandran who gave the blockbuster 'Dasavatharam' with Kamal Hassan has given hands for this mega project. Sources say that Ajith Kumar along with Mohanlal and Ravi Teja has been roped to act along with Kamal Hassan in important roles in Thalaivar Irukinran. The film is based on Politics and Corruption. The Hindi version is titled as 'Amar Hain'.Official Announcements of the film is expected very soon.

 

Documentary about Ajith by Director Bandi Saroj Kumar

Director Bandi Saroj Kumar, a self-professed Ajith fan, is making a documentary on his idol. Bandi made his debut with Prokkalam, a film which had Kishore as the main lead. In the documentary that he is directing about Ajith, Bandi Saroj Kumar has taken the history of all the 50 films, right from this debut venture Amaravathy to Mankatha, which he had starred in. This documentary is surely going to be a tribute to Ajith and all his fans out there are going to enjoy it.

 

Thala and Thalapathy to Fight Against Same Villain

The launch of new hot villains from Bollywood is creating huge sensation in Kollywood. Having rocked with his onscreen debut film Force (a remake of Tamil movie Kaakha Kaakha), Vidyut Jammwal makes his debut in Tamil film industry through the movie 'Billa-2' starring Ajith Kumar in lead role. Much before the film would hit screens, the actor has gained another prestigious offer and that's about locking horns with Ilayathalapathy Vijay in his upcoming film 'Thuppakki'. A.R. Murugadoss is far-famed for introducing some of the best villains in his films that is evident with Pradeep Rawat in Ghajini and John in Ezham Arivu Awestruck with the best performance of Vidyut, he has been signed for this film, which is touted to be a crime thriller.

Billa-2 Follows Maatran

Vodka City is always a pleasure for the directors and they cannot go missing this place as they yearn to shoot at least a scene here. Unlike other countries, this land doesn't limit itself for songs, but gives a clear picture to shoot some breathtaking action sequences. Three years back, it was late cinematographer Jeeva, who happened to be the first one to shoot in Russia (Dhaam Dhoom). Recently, K V Anand had flown down to the city for shooting some action sequences and songs for his next film Maatran starring Suriya and Kajal Agarwal in lead roles. Now, it's Billa travelling all the way from Tuticorin, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, Georgia to Russia. Few important scenes have been shot there by Chakri Toleti, which is expected to be a great highlight.

It is always a habit among the film heroes to take a formal break after a tiring schedules of movies. On such occasions their main source of relief will be the family or friends. Even after Velayutham's release, Ilayathalapathy Vijay made a foreign visit with his family. Surya went to South Africa taking his wife Jyothika and his children. STR made a trip along with his director of Vettai Mannan. Now it's Thala Ajith's turn. After a long reel of being a workworm for his Billa 2 he is leaving to Singapore for the New Year Celebrations. Accompanied by his wife Shalini and daughter Anooshka, Thala will be enjoying his holidays there for a week. Back home he will have the tables turned for his next project with Vishnuvardhan. This film is to be produced by AM Rathinam. In the meantime , Ajith will involve in the post –production work for Billa 2. Ajith is very conscious about Billa 2 that SRK's Don 2 has already hit the screens. So the pressure is more on the director Chakri Toleti. It is an expectation from the fans of Ajith as well the audience that Billa 2 should better Don 2.
